was supposed to go out wif Di, Li and Rin today..

but my mom had a polyclininic checkup..

so i had to stay home and 'grannysit' as my cousin said..

anyways..

mom went to buy some stuff at Sheng Shiong after her appointment..

when she got home..

i was watching Whose Line Is It Anyway?

(if you have never heard of or seen it... WHICH CAVE HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING IN?!)

anyways.. i heard ice cream bell ringing at the void deck..

i had a sudden urge to eat ice cream.. so i went down and bought some (yummmy!!!)

when i came back up.. my mom called me..

went into kitchen and stood at the sink next to my mom..

and she asked me a seriously random question...

she said.......

fyi: this is translated into english

"if i asked you to buy raw tapioca, would you know which one it is?"

btw: what she said in malay was ...

"kalau mak suruh beli ubi kayu, kenal tk maner satu?"

and i said..

"uhhh yea... is it the one where the outside is rough and brown with bits of dirt sticking to it.. then when u peel that off the tapioca is purplish then if you peel that it's white inside?"

FYI: I forgot at tt time ubi kayu was called tapioca in english.. so i describe it rather than say tapioca.. which i forgot..

to which answer she answered back yes of course..

anyhoos...

i asked y she asked me that..

she said some young lady in her twenties or so..

asked her which one is tapioca and if wat she was holding was a tapioca..

(she was holding a sweet potato)

so my mom picked up a tapioca and said "THIS is tapioca. THAT (pointing at the thing in the womans hands) is a sweet potato"

and incidentally there were yams in that section too.. so she picked it up and gave the woman a short education... saying...

"and THIS is a yam!"

to which the woman said while pointing to the sweet potato in her hand "so this isnt a tapioca then?"

and so blablablablablablablablabla...

anyway... i dunno..

kinda funny huh?

my mom said the lady seemed to be married since she had a small kid wif her.

and she had a ring on and stuff...

so i said..

i dunno.. maybe she's learning to cook..

nice to know that i know more about cooking than a married woman ...

not mom of course.. the lady i mean..

right so..

I scanned my laptop a couple of times including the stuff I wanna dump into my PHD...

and this sign came up...

explain to me how it would say that there are 2 problems found..

yet there is no viruses or major threats?

weird...

anyway the stuff I put into my PHD was virus free..

and its alredy half full hahahahaha....

went to johore late last night...
was eating when this cat came up to me..

it kinda looked like a mini white tiger... coz it had dark stripes on the legs..
tried to take a picture but the cat moved...

well we went to the Pasar Pandan while we were in johore..
bought fish and stuff..
but forgot to buy tomatoes and batang keladi...

I saw the siputs...
and I felt like eating them... so I bought like 1kg of it..
was RM5.50.. i bought it was kinda cheap but my mom said it was actually expensive...
but wat the heck...
I really had a craving for them...
havent eaten them in a while and all that...

was chopping them earlier..
kinda gross but I dun care.. I wanna eat them!!!!

hahaha... ok.. well kinda bored now..

went bowling with izza and galvin today..

like finally...

today was awesome!!!

had lunch at New York Pizza at Khatib..

with Izza and Galvin...

hahaha miss going crazy together seh...

anyway..

after lunch went to Yishun Safra..

wanted to bowl.. but th eplace was full...

so we just wrote down our name and waited for our turn..

got bored.. so we played pool.. hahaha

im proud to say Izza is now a pro like me and Galvin.. She beat Galvin seh!

but she didnt beat me =D

hahaha she came close.. but didnt beat me hahaha...

made some funny2 shots..

Galvin managed to make the cue ball fly off the table again...

hahaha...

then our names were still a long way from playing bowling...

so we went arcade for a while..

man I love that Bishi Basha game...

so fun!! hahaha...

kick Izza's ass at the fighting game.. Marvel Vs Capcom 2...

and taught Izza how to change gears while racing..

after that met up with Galvin's brother.. his name is Edgar...

hahaha... Dude!!! Where's Ellen??

James didnt even know how to top up gas..

told the guy to help top up $10 only..

(and he didnt even know min. how much can top up)

hahaha...

anyways...

went to Singapore Sports Council for the Youth Sports Influencers meeting...

(we're still trying to come up with a better title for ourselves. please come forth with ideas if you have any... God knows I don't hahahaha)

it was in a freaking ulu place i tell u...

we had trouble getting there..

I mean i know where it is and how to get there..

but by foot.. its right next to the Kallang McD/KFC

although until they told me thats where they're located...

I thought it was just another warehouse lols...

even the taxi driver didnt know how to get there or where it was...

all i remember was tt it was near The Cage..

so I gave him directions.. except that i forgot that when we usually walk there..

IT WAS FROM THE OTHER SIDE

hahahaha... had to u-turn and turn right ahhaha...

stupid siah..

Sara said she's not mad. considering she doesnt even know the road or where it is..

and apparently im the only one who knows the roads there or where SSC was...

Liyana knew.. but she only know that its next to Kallang Mcd/KFC..

well when we got there.. there was only 4 other people there..

2 guys and 2 girls...

forgot the guys names..

but the girls were Wen Tian and Ulrica..

cool name huh?

the organisers were cool people too..

Eric, Kim, Elsie, Keith, Kelvin and I think there was one more person.. aahahhaa

Kim was skeptical of us I think.. everytime she asked us a question or opinion or when we spoke really..

she had this look on her face that I don't quite like.. Sara noticed too..

anyways.. I like Kevin.. he was relly cool and funny...

like when we were doing the ice breaker...

us kids liek got round in a circle to answer the questions.. but Kevin was like tryign to figure out how to join us..

so i laughed and waved to him to join us..

he walked over and said "wahh.. antisocial siah.."

hahaha..

liek i said hes cool and funny.

like when we were ice breaking with intorductions and stuff..

Keith said he like golf and enjoys it immensely (after saying he has absolutely no ball skills and like extreme sports/ after most of us dissed golf being a boring wasteful sport)

Sara piped up saying "Is the reason you love golf so much because of ur advancement in years?"

\hahahaha.. tt was freaking funny..

coz Keith talked after Kevin.. who said that he was into sports for vanity's sake..

seeing as how old they are. they have to work to keep lookign good blabablaa...

so the moment Sara said that..

well it was relly funny..

the 2 teenaged guys laughed and said "Kena shoot siah!"

Kevin said "I feel for you man"

and the female superiors.. "whoa.. Excellent reason!!!"

hahaha well after that we all relaxed alot and talked more..

it was really quiet and a bit ackward at first ya know?

some time later James walked in.. he was late..

so we tricked him..

Kevin was telling him what he missed and stuff..

like intro-ing name sch and fave sport

we told him that we all had to sing or dance.. Ulrica even pitched in saying they did a small dance number..

and i kinda pitied him.. so i said "it's ok..

singing twinkle twinkle little star would do"

and Kevin with a huge smile sayign "And dance!"

so he actually stood up waving his arms abt and singing TTLS!!

funny shit i tell u..

once he was done we told him that it wasnt necessarry...

FINALLY...

met Fi at CWP just now!!

liyana accused me of avoiding meeting him..

coz when he asked me where i was..

i said i was outside metro looking at stuff..

as soon as i sent tt.. we drifted towards the toys section outside giordano..

well i wont lie and say i wasnt avoiding the issue of finally getting to meet him..

i was.. only coz we know each other for so long..

but only today then we finally get to meet..

when we met. i swear i was gonna puke out my heart...

i was THAT scared and nervous..

but i guess it went well...

liyana was there.. kinda as buffer for me..

she refused to leave me to meet Fi alone..

even if she was rellllly late in going home alredy..

liyana said she didnt want me to meet him alone..

you know.. in case..

she feared for my safety...

FINALLY...

met Fi at CWP just now!!

liyana accused me of avoiding meeting him..

coz when he asked me where i was..

i said i was outside metro looking at stuff..

as soon as i sent tt.. we drifted towards the toys section outside giordano..

well i wont lie and say i wasnt avoiding the issue of finally getting to meet him..

i was.. only coz we know each other for so long..

but only today then we finally get to meet..

when we met. i swear i was gonna puke out my heart...

i was THAT scared and nervous..

but i guess it went well...

liyana was there.. kinda as buffer for me..

she refused to leave me to meet Fi alone..

even if she was rellllly late in going home alredy..

liyana said she didnt want me to meet him alone..

you know.. in case..

she feared for my safety...

it was fucking 6.39am !

I was messaging wif one hand and with one blurry eye open..

the minute I pressed send..

I fell asleep again...

Only to be woken up at 8am..

She said......
